Please Note:
- After Fall time change, venue hours are shifted up an hour earlier for Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb. (Ex- Saturday 9am-11pm)
- $1,500 payment is needed to secure your date after signing the contract
- An additional $1,000 refundable Security Deposit is due on date set in contract
- We do require a Special Event Insurance policy with Sendera Springs listed as an additional insured. (Average cost- $200, ask SS for more info.)
- We do require you to choose from our exclusive list of vendors for catering, bartending, and wedding planners.

250 wooden cross-back chairs
Ivory table linens for round tables
Ivory settee for Bride and Groom to use at Head Table or Sweetheart table
Tables and furniture for cake, guest book, gifts, and picture displays
Wooden benches for the ceremony site
Extra chairs for reserved seating on the ceremony site (1st rows by alter)
3 arbor options and 2 wine barrels for decorative use at ceremony
5 Tall cocktail tables in the Cocktail Room
Large bar in the Cocktail Room and a smaller portable bar for patio
Patio space off of the Cocktail Room and the Grand Hall
Various decorative items use available (easels, signs, etc)
