We Can’t Wait to Meet You
Your tour request has made its way to Hannah at Sendera Springs. Hannah will be reaching out to you via email to schedule a time to have you out to tour.
Just a few reminders:
Having a good understanding of your guest count and budget prior to your onsite tour is what we have found best in order to better help you. We know that budget discussions are tough but we also know that it is no fun (for you or us) to fall in love with a venue after touring and the numbers not adding up. We want you have that discussion beforehand so that you don’t waste your time and heart on a tour, when we ultimately want what is best for you.
Please bring anyone you need to see the venue to the tour in order to feel comfortable signing a contract.
Almost all the information discussed at the tour is on our website. If you and your guests coming to the tour take a good look at our site beforehand, it will help you with not feeling overwhelmed with information. All you would have to do when you came is take in the beautiful views.
The GPS should take you right up to our gate but just in case here are directions. We are located in Kerrville, Texas. Heading NW on I-10, exit 505 and take a left to head towards Harper. Once you see the James Avery Headquarters sign, take a right onto Avery Road. Sendera Springs is down Avery Road on the right hand side. Look for our sign out front.
We do not hold dates without a contract and deposit. We cannot guarantee that your date is not booked by the time you come for a tour. We will do our best to update our available dates on our website but it is recommended to have a backup date just in case.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please give us 24 hours notice. We would really appreciate the heads up. We understand that some things come up but please let us know beforehand to save us a trip as well due to not living on site.
Lastly, we want what is best for you. For that reason we don’t write contracts or take deposits onsite at tours. If Sendera Springs is the ideal fit for your wedding day or event, all contract and deposits will be handled via email following your visit.
